Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no surprises at checkout.

We pack your order within 1–2 business days, then it's 2–4 business days in transit.

Not the right fit? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — we'll make it easy.
Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, with free standard shipping on every order. Canada and international shipping are coming soon — join our waitlist and we'll let you know the moment we expand.
Order processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email right after ordering, and a second email with tracking details once your package leaves our hands.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping (free): 2–4 business days after processing
- Storybooks: our books are sold and shipped through Amazon, so their delivery follows Amazon's timelines
Returns & exchanges
If your SkyBow isn't right for your family, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original condition — gently loved is fine, we understand plushies get hugged.
To start a return, just email us at hi@skybowtoys.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or your package doesn't show up, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Send us a photo if there's damage and we'll replace it right away — no return needed.
