By using skybowtoys.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.
Products & availability
We do our best to describe and photograph our plushies and books accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished product. All items are subject to availability — if something sells out after you order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may update prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at the time of purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.
Waitlist
Joining our waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy. It doesn't reserve stock or guarantee a price — it simply means you'll hear from us first when a product becomes available. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

Books sold through Amazon
Our storybooks, What Girls Love and What Boys Love, are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Purchases made there are governed by Amazon's own terms, shipping policies, and returns process — not ours.
Safe use of our products
Our plushies are made with soft, child-safe materials and embroidered details rather than hard plastic pieces. As with any toy, we recommend adult supervision for very young children, and inspecting the toy regularly for wear.
Intellectual property
The SkyBow name, logo, characters, artwork, book content, and site design belong to SkyBow Toys. Please don't copy, resell, or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
Your account & conduct
Please provide accurate information when ordering, and don't use the site for anything unlawful or in a way that could damage it or interfere with other visitors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SkyBow's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
